The Dashboard gives you a clear view of how your clinic is performing. It brings your key numbers together so you can spot trends without digging through individual records.
Sections
The Dashboard is organised into views:
- Overview — a high-level summary of your clinic's activity.
- Revenue — how much you're earning over time, so you can track growth and busy periods.
- Consultations — consultation volume and trends, useful for staffing and capacity planning.
- Patients — patient numbers and trends, including new versus returning patients.
Using the reports
Each view presents its data as charts and figures. Use the date controls to focus on the period you care about — a single day, a week, a month, or a custom range — so you can compare like-for-like.
Where the numbers come from
Dashboard figures are drawn from your everyday activity in EazyClinic:
- Revenue reflects the bills and payments recorded in Billing.
- Consultations reflects the visits run in Consultations.
- Patients reflects registrations in Patients.
Because everything is connected, your reports stay accurate as long as your team records visits and payments as they happen. For a deeper financial breakdown — payment mix, revenue by consultant, revenue by price tier, and top items — see the reports built into the Billing module.
