EazyClinic User Guide

These guides walk you through every part of EazyClinic, from registering your first patient to submitting an LHDN e-invoice. Each one follows the same order you'll use the software day to day.

Getting Started

Log in to EazyClinic, complete clinic onboarding, understand user roles and branches, and learn how the app is organised.

Consultations

Run a patient visit from start to finish — creating a consultation, recording vitals and notes, prescribing, adding services, and checking out.

Appointments

Book and manage appointments — the calendar and list views, available slots, consultant availability, rescheduling, and turning an appointment into a consultation.

Patients

Register and manage patients, including IC/passport scanning with automatic data capture, patient records, history, and tax profiles for e-invoicing.

Billing & Payments

Create bills from consultations, record payments and partial payments, track billing status, and review revenue reports.

E-Invoicing (LHDN)

Issue and cancel LHDN MyInvois e-invoices, including supplier and buyer tax profiles, the 72-hour cancellation window, and automatic monthly consolidated submission.

Inventory (Medications)

Manage medication stock — what to enter for each medication, how stock units and dispense quantity work, and exactly how stock is deducted when a bill is paid.

Services

Manage the services your clinic offers, including descriptions, panel and non-panel pricing, price tiers, and bulk uploads.

Queue & Display

Manage the live patient queue — calling patients to rooms, urgent priority, skipping, and the full-screen "Now Serving" waiting-room display.

Staff

Invite team members, assign Consultant or Staff roles, manage staff profiles, and set consultant availability for appointment booking.

Settings

Configure clinic profile, your account, pricing tiers, tax profiles, rooms, document templates, notifications, and social links.
