Refund Policy

1. Overview

EazyClinic is a product developed and operated by EazyTech Labs (Registration No. 202503155437). At EazyTech Labs, we want you to be fully satisfied with EazyClinic. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for subscriptions to the EazyClinic platform.

2. Free Trial

A free trial of EazyClinic is available on a request basis. To request a trial, please contact us at support@eazyclinic.io. Trials are subject to approval and are provided at our discretion to allow you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a monthly billing cycle has been charged, no refund will be issued for that period, regardless of usage. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access to the Service will cease.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable upon cancellation. However, we recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests for annual subscriptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of EazyTech Labs. To submit a request, please contact us with the details of your situation and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund the duplicate charge.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@eazyclinic.io with the following information:

• Your registered clinic name and email address
• The date of the charge and the amount
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. EazyTech Labs is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors.

8. Cancellation

To cancel your EazyClinic subscription, you must submit a cancellation request by emailing us at support@eazyclinic.io with your registered clinic name and the reason for cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

Please note that cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refer to the relevant section above for the refund terms applicable to your subscription type.

9. Changes to This Policy

EazyTech Labs reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
