1. Acceptance of Terms
EazyClinic is a product developed and operated by EazyTech Labs (Registration No. 202503155437). By accessing or using EazyClinic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clinic administrators, staff, and any other persons accessing the platform.
2. Description of Service
EazyClinic is a cloud-based clinic management software platform designed for private clinics in Malaysia. The Service includes features for patient registration, appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, billing, prescription management, and other clinic operations tools.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Ensuring all clinic staff with access to the platform comply with these Terms
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to EazyClinic requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in our pricing plan. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
EazyTech Labs reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Data and Privacy
You acknowledge that patient data entered into EazyClinic remains your responsibility as the data controller. EazyTech Labs acts as a data processor on your behalf. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Store or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate clinic management
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by EazyTech Labs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your clinic's internal operations during the term of your subscription.
8. Service Availability
EazyTech Labs aims to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects the Service. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period. EazyTech Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
