Services are the non-medication items you charge for — consultations, procedures, tests, dressings, injections, and so on. Anything you add here can be billed during a visit. Like inventory, services are managed per branch.
Adding a service
From the Services list, click Add Item and fill in:

| Service Name | What the service is called on the bill. |
| Description | Optional detail about the service. |
| Non-Panel Price | The default (cash / non-panel) price. |
| Price per tier | A price for each of your price tiers. |
Pricing by tier
Each service can carry a different price for each price tier you've set up (for example, a specific insurance panel versus a cash rate). When you add a service to a visit, EazyClinic charges the price that matches the patient's price tier. Set up your tiers in Settings → Pricing Tiers.
Editing and removing
- Edit a service to change its description or prices.
- Delete a service you no longer offer.
Bulk upload
To add or update many services at once:
- Request the services template from the EazyClinic team.
- Fill it in without changing the column names, completing every field.
- Upload the file (CSV or Excel).
